As this is a tobacco product we can NOT offer returns or refunds.

However if a mistake was made on our part we do offer exchanges.

We require a receipt for proof of purchase. Please do not request an exchange if you purchased through a reseller.

As well as proof of defective product (A Picture Of Product).

We will accept full responsibility and send a replacement.
